This is one of the last photos taken.... it truly was a remarkable place to be on friday and saturday evenings...featuring the best of country music always. A meet and greet, for so many years...wish it was still up and singing filled with the voices of country....Good times from a by gone era......

This was a fabulous place to see great entertainment from 1932-2000. It was called the "Evergreen Ballroom"....in Olympia, Washington. A partial list of entertainers who appeared there regularly , Roy Acuff, BB King, Bobby Bare, Guy Lombardo, Faron Young, The Coasters, Glen Campbell, Wanda Jackson, Hank Williams and local singer Bonnie Guitar. On friday and saturday nights it was the place to be. Good food and drink, good music and dancing. A meet and greet place for all ages....yes, it was part of the good old days of the music scene in the Pacific Northwest. A truly amazing part of music history. Good times.
