Some of the most memorable country music was from the 1970's. Songs from the heart with plenty of style and classic sounds. A few on my favorite list are: Donna Fargo, " Funny Face", Charlie Rich"The most beautiful girl", Kenny Rogers " You decorated my life", Sonny James "My Love", Kari Scott "I've Been Everywhere" and Crystal Gale " Don't it make my brown eyes blue" good and precious memories with all of these great classics..... In the 1940's in the United States there was a large amount of music being performed...One of the most popular was Country and Western. My favorites perhaps are some of yours also..".Walking the floor over you" by Ernest Tubb...Bill Monroe"s "Blue Moon of Kentucky"..."New San Antonio Rose" by Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys... and " Bouquet of Roses" by Eddy Arnold... Each song had its own special meaning and were loved by many...true music history memories....
